Auckland Hyperbarics operates a hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wellness clinic based at Level 3, 24 Manukau Rd, Epsom, Auckland 1023. We are the agency responsible for the personal information collected through this website and our services.

5. Forms and how they are processed
Our enquiry and booking forms are provided and processed through JotForm, a third-party form platform. When you submit a form, the information you enter is transmitted to and stored by JotForm on our behalf, and made available to us so we can respond to you. JotForm processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it is used, and support our advertising. Cookies are small files stored on your device.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand the actions people take on our site, and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Some of our providers are based overseas, which means your information may be stored or processed outside New Zealand. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. This includes using reputable service providers, secure connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Health information may be subject to minimum retention periods under New Zealand law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

11. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Where treatment involves a young person, we work directly with their parent or guardian.
