Hot and cold, done properly
Contrast therapy alternates deliberately between heat and cold. When your body is exposed to the heat of the sauna, blood vessels dilate and circulation increases. The cold immersion that follows causes those vessels to constrict. Cycling between the two is what drives the recovery effect.
What’s in the suite
- Infrared sauna — unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat is absorbed directly into your body and muscles, raising your core temperature for a deep, genuine sweat. Fits 2–4 people per session.
- Circulating ice bath — held between 6–8°C with continuous water circulation, plus a rainfall shower and premium toiletries for the transition.
- Meditative space — padded seating, individual temperature control and mood lighting to relax in between rounds.
